INITIAL FEE'S:

As of the 1st of June 2019, agency fees were banned.

We will require 1 month's rent and a

deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent before you move in.

We will also take a holding fee in order to take the property off of the market. This will then be deducted from your 1st months rent.

Deposit - Equivalent to - 5 weeks rent 

DURING YOUR TENANCY

Rent Arrears (as per agreement) = 3% for each day that the payment has been outstanding

Change to Tenancy (New Agreement) = £50 inc VAT

Tenants Locked out (no key) = £48 inc VAT

Tenants Locked Out (Outside office hours - no key) = £90 inc VAT

Early Release from Contract (Subject to landlord agreement) = £200 inc VAT
