With over 30 years experience in the property management industry Liv ‘N’ Let are a respected letting agent within the community. Since opening the office in St Werburghs in  1999 Liv ’N’ let has evolved into a leading independent letting agency with an ever expanding portfolio.

Live ‘N’ Let are members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA)  and the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). We are also designated as a “Safe Agent” that holds tenants deposits in an approved deposit protection scheme.
